We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of a large-scale particle beam therapy system at a premier medical institution in Abu Dhabi. This is a landmark project in the region’s healthcare landscape, offering a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of medical innovation.

🔧 What You’ll Do
As Project Manager, you will:
• Lead all aspects of project initiation and execution for the installation of the particle therapy system.
• Coordinate with Japanese OEM (Toshiba ESS) and oversee local contractors and government bodies.
• Obtain and manage necessary regulatory permits for import and installation.
• Supervise and guide a local project team to deliver on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, hospital stakeholders, and international partners.
• Manage the full project lifecycle including budget, schedule, risk, and quality.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably involving installation of large-scale medical or radiation equipment.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory processes for importing and installing medical equipment is an advantage.
